This Copyright Policy explains the policy of Helios Global Payments Solutions Inc. and the entities listed in the Helios Group Overview ("we," "us," or "our") regarding the use of copyrighted materials on the website located at www.Helios.io and all associated web pages and websites (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Copyright Policy.
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, videos, software, and any other material (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Helios Global Payments Solutions Inc. and the entities listed in the Helios Group Overview or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our Site to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our Site, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

If you believe that your User-Generated Content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your User-Generated Content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Designated Copyright Agent:

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the content.

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Delaware, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
If a counter-notice is received by the Designated Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the User-Generated Content, the removed content may be replaced or access to it restored within 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Copyright Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
